How does the design process work?

After your inquiry, expect to hear from us to gather all the information we'll need to submit you your design studio. This is a custom proposal filled with available inventory based upon your overall vibe & wishlist.

How does the booking process work?

Once your design studio has been developed to your liking, to secure your date with us you will then sign a contract and submit a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Will all my rentals be delivered, set up and broken down?

Yes, our team will handle delivery, set up and breakdown of all of your rentals for you.

In order to work with Rarity, do I need to be a Coastyle client or vice versa?

While we'd love to be your wedding planners, you are by no means required to be a Coastyle client in order to rent through Rarity. Coastyle and Rarity are two separate entities.

Does your website showcase all of your inventory?

No! We are constantly adding to our inventory based on trends and our clients specific wants and needs. Your design studio will showcase rentals that will be utilized at your event. Looking for something specific you don't see? Don't hesitate to ask!

Do you do events other than weddings?

Yes! You can find our rentals at community events, industry expos, private parties, family gatherings & more!
